Ok, so with the NaruPG on, i won't be too involved in the OVB. However, my proposal is that i RP as all the NPCs like monsters, bosses etc.

No, as this would not be fair to the other members. You just said you won't be too involved as well, so RP's with monsters or bosses would depend on you. I'm sorry, but no.

Also because being an NPC boss requires an incredibly delicate touch to be accurate and fair, as being an NPC does not exempt personal bias. So this role would be given, if at all, to seasoned veterans of literature.
