Monde vs The Boxer

Monde strode into the golden coliseum, the thousands of eyes of the many people within the crowd all focused on him. He was the first one to arrive, his opponent was yet to come. He took this moment to sit on the dusty surface which was the ground, resting and gaining as much energy as he may need for the upcoming battle.

Ryohei made his way into the Coliseum staring around and looking at the people who crowded him. He was a complete newbie at  battling and wanted to test hus strenght although he would probably lose to most people. He nade is final adjustments to his flamr gear abd looked of at his opponent,  "Ready when you are, Sir."

Monde rose, having replenished the energy he lost during the long journey, and nodded. He stood still, silent for a moment to make sure his foe was ready. Then, all of a sudden, he extended his hand, shooting a powerful fireball towards his foe, sprouting his wings and using them to provide wind, pushing the fireball and increasing it's speed and power.

Ryohei quickly rolled to the side just in time to dodge the fire ball only allowing it to burn the tips of his hair. He would then run forward with impressive speed crouched with his hands raised to his face in a boxing stance. He would then cone at Monde with a strong right punch. If it were to hit Monde would notice these weren't normal punches they focused and firm. They could be felt even with Anthitheus skin.

As his opponent ran at him, Monde thought a normal punch would not hurt him. However, at his opponents speed, Monde began to think twice. He swiftly sidestepped to dodge, though just barely missing the attack. His opponent was powerful.

He would have to be more serious early on. He charged his Soul Lock in his right hand, spinning and attempting to touch the man's shoulder. If the ability worked, Ryohei would be frozen for a short amount of time.

Ryohei passed Monde while attempting to hit him with his punch. He would then side step as Monde attempted to touch him. His sidestep presented such speee that it appeared to teleport. He would then slide his body long the ground attempting to sweep kick him.

Thinking fast as his attack missed, Monde suddenly jumped, soaring into the air with his wings sprouted to keep him from falling. As his opponent lay on the floor, Monde shot two fireballs down at him, before fluttering to the ground to keep the fight fair.

He used his Pyro Pet ability to produce a snake of flame from his right arm which he could control as a pet, and enterd a defencive stance

While still on the ground Ryohei would roll to his left to dogde the fireballs. When they were gone he would spining his body on the leg thrusting his legs upward making his body flip back onto his feet. He would once again rush at his opponent wuth a alightly different stance. His left fist would be at chest and could be seen charging a strange aura around hit.he would then throw his fist forward punching at Monde's right side at his ribs, "Maximum Cannon!" At the current potential of this attack it could easily shatter from two to three ribs if connected.

Seeing that his attack was similar to his earlier ones, Monde repeated the process of swiftly sidestepping, this time doing it earlier and dodging the attack succesfully. he extended his arm out, this time making his snake of fire lunge at the mans shoulder. The snake's extended body provided Monde with additional range, incase his foe were to try and dodge.

Instead of repeating the same situation Ryohei redirected his attack to the ground. On impact the ground shook and raised which would most likely cause Monde to lose his balance. As for the attack as the earth rose Ryohei would be saved by an larger boulder that not only take the hit but conceal Ryohei from vision temporarily.  It would be then that he used this opportunity to sneak to Monde's side, "Maximum Soar!" The same aura that surrounded his fist did the same to his legs. He would then with blurring speed kick at Monde's left side. If this were to connect it would send him flying into the air and break 3-4 ribs.

Monde waited, timing his movement perfectly. Using the momentum of the kick, he jumped to the side just as the kick touched him, giving the appearance that the attack had made contact. He pretended to drop to the floor, remaining silent and preparing a sneak attack.

Ryohei wanted to play it safe. He picked up a decent sized rock and flung it a Monde. He would also lunge forward with a normal kick. He would have to block one and the other would hit.

Monde saw the stone thrown at him, remaining still, but rolling far to the right when he saw Ryohei attempt to kick him. As he rolled, he managed to shoot one small fireball at his foe before jumping up to his feet. He then reactivated his Pyro Pet abilty, making his snake strike his foe.

Within a split second Ryohei had somewhat disappeared. In actuality he had moved at such a high speed it become a blur.  When he reappeared he appeared in front of Monde but this time it was different there where three of him this could only be the effect of his ability one that each copy said aloud, "Lussuria's Dance..." The three clones weren't actually clones but actually Ryohei' moving at an incredible speed. He would then charge the strange aura into his fist and each copy would punch toward Monde with Maximum Cannon. If this attack would hit he would be hit with the force of three Maximum Cannons Ryohei almost impossible to dogde all three, "This is a new attack I just made. Time to earn your shine... MAXIMUM INGRAM. "

With his reflexes, Monde jumped backwards as his foe, and his apparent clones, charged an aura in their fists, gaining some distance between them.

Confused at first, Monde quickly realized he hadn't enough time to work out which of the clones were fake, if any. His opponent launched a large and powerful attack at him, and Monde knew he may not be able to dodge him, so he had two choices....

Earthen skin.

Or

Dark Fire.

Eventually, he chose the the latter. Upon calling the name of his ability, an invisible dome surrounded Monde, three meters wide. As soon as the fist entered this unseen dome, it became engulfed in black flames, which burned it at a high speed, just before it touched Monde.

Because of the three metre distance, Monde had just enough time to jump up, flipping through the air and landing far behind Ryohei.


He was panting.

This ability, though useful, took up alot of energy. But he knew he would replenish his power soon enough. He spun around, facing his foe.

"Nice attack," he said, modestly, "It does really suit you, but now it is my turn."
 
Extending his open palm so that it nearly covered Ryohei completely, locking on to him.

"Target locked." He muttered to himself. Now, even if his opponent moved, he would still be followed by his Tracing Finger Blast attack.

As Ryohei missed his Maximum Ingram he would swiftly spin kick in Monde's direction as a leathal wave of fire exited his foot, "Maximum Soar Flame Edition."

Monde, thinking quickly, stepped back, his chest area getting slightly burnt by the heat of the flame, though not much pain was felt thanks to his hardened skin, as well as his natural comfort in heat, though it still burned a slight bit.

Taking one more step back, just for extra distance, his attack had now locked on completely, releasing five small fireballs from each fingertip, which would chase his foe and, though would deal little damage, were incredibly hard to dodge.

After doing so, just for reassurance, he took one last big step backwards.

Ryohei ran forward towards the fire balls. At the last second he would dive under at the fireballs. He would continue to run towards Monde with a little trick in mind.

As the balls of flame curved upwards, attempting to chase after Monde, he began calculating what his opponent would do. A common strategy when being chased by attacks is to run at their user, and dodge at the last second. Guessing this was his tactic, Monde quickly sprouted his wings, swiftly flying over Ryohei, landing several meters away from him.

Monde then entered another stance, his guard raised as the homing fireballs tracked their target.

Ryoheis would transform into his Kangaroo form and use his hind legs to leap into the air at Monde as the fireballs chased him. At the very split last second Ryohei flipped over Monde using his shoulders as leverage to send the fire balls at Monde while he kicked at Monde's back to push him into the fire balls.

Monde felt the powerful legs strike his back, though dealing little damage, pushing him towards the flaming spheres. He waited so that his body was facing the floor, and the balls of flame were half a metre from his back, before speaking two words.

Flame Boost

Instantly, two large bursts of fire erupted beneath his feet, pushing him with immense orce out of the way of the fireballs. He zoomed past the massive space of the coliseum, reaching the far side in less than a second. At the same moment, the fireballs curved upwards, inches away from the floor and moved towards his foe.

He got up, standing in an upright position, awaiting his foe's movement.

Ryohei was tried of being followed by these tracking balls. He released another Maximum Soar Flame Edition to collide with the flame balls causing both to cancle out.
