Adventures in Dark City

Sumaru was enjoying Dark City. It was a place where he felt natural and strongest at. There were shadows every where and he could eat shadows all he wanted it was like an everlasting darkness so it would be very unwise to mess with Sumaru while he is here.

Sumaru was in a alley way his back against the wall just enjoying the darkness that had surrounded all of the vampires in the city. He wasn't really waiting for anyone he was just lounging around to be honest.

Alaude was making his monthly visit to Dark City. Alaude really didn't like to come here often but whenever he did he felt alive, strong, and wanted. He decided to visit someo old friends of his. As he made his way tgrough the city hehad stumbled upon a familiar face, "Sumaru is that you?"

Sumaru looked at Alaude who was at the entrance to the alley way. Sumaru walked out of the alley way and said "Yeah its me. Long time no see, what brings you to dark city? I dont usually see you around here."

"Food, Friends, and a little Fun," he said with a big smile across his face. He would then move of the entrance way, "What about you?"

"I just enjoy the everlasting darkness of Dark City. It makes me feel powerful considering that I am a creature of the night that specializes in shadows..." Sumaru looked at Celestia's everlasting grace on his right hand and said "the only light thats in my life is my girlfriend Celestia... she gave me her eternal grace to hold onto and it gives me light magic but only in my right hand."

"Light Magic here? That must be breaking some kind of rule," he said while laughing. He made his way to a small Tavern across the alley, "Join me I'll buy you some Soul Soup. "

Sumaru laughed with Alaude and followed him to the Tavern. Sumaru joined him and he hadnt eaten in awhile so he thought why not.

He walked up to the front of the Tavern. There where empty stools at the bartenders spot. He sat down abd looked at the bartender who had also been familiar to him. "Aye Joey canna getta luttle halp here," he would say in a British/Italian accent as he smiled to one of his old buddies. The bartender surprised to see him flashed his fangs and nearly caused Alaude to fly of his stool from a friendly punch as he said, "Aye Aye Aye it's mah boi Al. What do you want buddy its on the house." Alaude laughed loudly as he ordered the Soul Soup for him and Sumaru. Watching his friend happily take it to the back

Sumaru sat down next to Alaude and saw he knew the bartender. Sumaru chuckled as Alaude was punched by his friend almost getting knocked out of his seat. Sumaru began to eat the soup and said to Alaude "Thank you for the food."

"No problen buddy if anything you should be thanking Joey over there." Joey flashed a smile at the bith of them as he proceeded to take others orders.
