Roroanoa's techniques
Name: Fifth Circle: Icesolation
Type (I.E Fire, Darkness, etc): Ice-elemental
Effect: the user freezes the water in the air around the opponent covering him in layers of searing cold ice.
Limits/Cost/Cooldown: depending on the area can be used many times or only once. (Arid regions mean less uses.) once per every four posts
Name: Sixth Circle: The Cold shoulder
Type (I.E Fire, Darkness, etc): Ice/wind-elemental
Effect: the user vibrates the molecules of water in the air, this allows them to move them and in conjunction the oxygen and other gases around them. the user then cools the molecules of water, freezing them.
Limits/Cost/Cooldown: Again limited by the moisture in the atmosphere. Moister climates allow for more use. one per every three posts.
Name: Seventh Circle: Break the ice
Type (I.E Fire, Darkness, etc): Ice/ground-elemental
Effect: The user freezes the moisture in the ground and makes it erupt from underneath the opponent as spikes of rock and ice.
Limits/Cost/Cooldown: Same as others, limited by moisture available. once per every five posts.
Name: Eight Circle: Chill Pill
Type (I.E Fire, Darkness, etc): Ice-elemental
Effect: the user compresses a large amount of ice into a sphere the size of a golf ball and toss it into the air. At the apex of the ball's flight the user releases it's compression and the area is showered with spikes of ice as the ball explodes outward violently.
Limits/Cost/Cooldown: This ability is often pre-made and preserved by the user, and can only be used once unless the user has three posts and a large body of water to freeze and compress. once per topic unless recharge, then once every ten posts.
Name: Ninth Circle: Hell frozen Over
Type (I.E Fire, Darkness, etc): Ice-elemental
Effect: the user cuts his own hands, allowing blood to flow from them. He then freezes the blood into spear like structures. using his command of ice he then launches them at the enemy. the blood ice is much stronger then normal ice, because as the saying goes "blood is thicker then water"
Limits/Cost/Cooldown: The user may only use this once per battle as the cost in blood will be too much to do twice. once per topic.
