Outer Kasterra

Qillia District

One of the largest districts in the outer Kasterran region. Qillia is, first and foremost, the territory of mercenaries. A haven for those without loyalty, its grungy streets and run-down inns provide sanctuary to the wanderers and the hired muscle of Ire, even those from rival companies, who gather with respect and solidarity. For those not of the profession, however, roaming within the shadows of Qillia is to skirt along the edge of trouble. The battle-hardened do not tolerate petty criminals; in this place, they are the tenants and the police force.

Melistreilla District

The sibling district of Qillia, and the home of a vast black market. Its geographical connection to the "mercenary town" is of particular benefit to the murky tradesmen that flock to its streets; returning mercenaries often choose to sell any trinkets or valuables they come across in their journeys in Melistreilla for a bountiful sum. A shadow economy hidden at the edges of the land.

Conviquea

A small settlement surrounding an enormous coliseum. Originally built as a symbol of Kasterran strength and comradery, the Conviquea has been corrupted into an unregulated pit where the desperate engage in combat for the amusement of the rich. In spite of this, it is easily the wealthiest area in Outer Kasterra, financed almost entirely by well-off visitors who seek a kind of entertainment not found in the heart of the kingdom.
